Thursday, December 28, 2006 Reports Higher Mortgage Rates

Mortgage Rates inched higher this week according to's weekly Primary Market Mortgage Survey. The average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is 6.18 percent compared to last week's 6.13 percent.
